What Howard Shapero doesn't like about Chocolats Favoris:
Have been there 5 times to get a plain chocolate ice cream cone. 3 of the times the ice cream machine wasn't working so no ice cream. And the other 2 times I was charged two different prices. Not very good service. Think from now on I'll skip the place and go to Costco down the street, just as good and a lot less expensive. Howie in the Haven Service: 1 View all feedback.

My girlfriend and i have been going here at least once or twice a week and last friday after work we went straight here and came around 9:30 to quickly grab our favorites. Was very disappointed as the staff who made our ice cream handed our ice cream when it was still dripping so much so it just created a big mess in our hands. Plus we only got one brownie for me and one caramel brownie for my gf when it was supposed to be three. I guess service here sucks when theyre about to close.

Ever since this location got a new manager, it really has been amazing! Monique the manager has really changed this place up! I would refuse to go here and drive to Kanata since this place used to be in shambles (and I live in Barrhaven! . Monique really takes customer's input into consideration especially individuals with dietary needs! Shout-out to Monique! Food: 5
