I recently visited one of the nicest Arby's locations in Dan. The staff, especially Dan, was friendly and helped us get the best deal. The food was fresh and delicious, and the entire restaurant, including the restrooms, was clean. I would rate the service, food, and atmosphere all a 5 out of 5. The price per person for a meal was between $10 and $20. View all feedback.
What Katie Miller doesn't like about Arby's:
I spent over $40 to feed my family at this restaurant and unfortunately, received subpar service. I ordered chicken nuggets that were missing from my order. I called to have the issue corrected, but because I live 20 minutes away, I decided not to return that night. Instead, I was offered a free nugget as compensation for my inconvenience, which I had already paid for in the first place. I found this situation to be... View all feedback.
I love their roast beef sandwiches they're curly fries and their chicken salad sandwich.
My son is autistic, high functioning, but still autistic..today he was excited to place his own order thru the drive thru and get a big kid meal We were rushed and they were still pushing on button for the speaker when a female said OMG hurry up.Dude. Wt....eff. not cool. He just wanted to make sure it was right and what he wanted. He was so upset he didn't even eat his meal. Shame on the workers
I was looking for chicken or fish options, but found Culvers to be expensive. Unfortunately, the Chicken Coop in Plainwell is no longer there, and KFC was not really an option for me. The service was rushed even though the restaurant wasn't busy, and they nearly forgot our drinks, which we had to ask for. We ordered a 5-piece chicken strip meal with curly fries and two drinks, which ended up costing us $20. I wish we had gone to Lee's or Long John Silver's in Kalamazoo instead, as they offer better quality food and more of it for the same price.
I went through the drive-thru and ordered something only to find out it was wrong, so I had to go inside. I was disappointed that the staff didn't apologize for the mistake. Instead, they just told me that they didn't ring up the correct order and questioned if I gave them the right information. It would have been nice if they had said sorry and offered to fix the error. Arby's needs to improve their service. Service: Take out.

I plan on contacting the corporate office because I am tired of people not doing their jobs properly and still getting paid. I will not be returning to this restaurant and will opt for Wendy's in the future.
