This Cafe which I visited just next to Hello kitty cafe , when you bought a cup of coffee you will have unlimited coffee refill and a hello kitty cup as well.

A cafe where you can drink from a chosen cup to bring home after drinking from it. Free flow for coffee or tea. If you choose to drink juices, you can only refill once. This building was the former Otaru Branch of the Chuetsu Bank, constructed in 1924. Now a historic landmark of Otaru City.
You can bring the coffee cup after drinking. Mine was 850yen with a piece of cheese cake. Coffee was average but the cup is really nice. Love it
