I was impressed by how professional Brogan was with my order after I had a difficult customer in front of me who came out in the middle of her order. Not sure what happened, but Brogan and the rest of the staff treated the other orders professionally. They didn't stand around and discussed something in front of customers. I hate to do bad reviews usually, but honestly every time me or my family has entered the young employees act like they hate being there. That's why I typically don't go there. The other night my mom went and got subs for everyone. Our sandwiches were soooooooo empty and she didn't want to say anything because the people working there are so rude lol. It was like 35.00. Clean, organized..had the protein bowl. The staff wasn't overly friendly, just functional. Not sure if I can complain about that or not.
