We came for blizzards and lunch. The sign on the door said the new management refused to serve grumpy people or anyone with a frown. We smiled the entire time and you will too. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Dairy Queen:
We went today (Friday at 1:30 pm) and although we saw a long line, we decided to stay and wait. The line did take about 15 min., but the problem came with the service and food. We then waited (according to our receipt) 27 min. for two cheeseburger meals a snack wrap and a quarter pounder. Since the wait was so long I expected the food would be fresh. Ordered a cone. Waited and waited. After 15 minutes I went too the cashier and asked. The order was no longer on the computer. A vague apology. Needs improvement.
Stopped in with two Seniors for an early supper. Service was almost non existent. The one front end clerk was busy running back and forth getting free stuff plates cups, forks,napkins etc for a very noisy demanding group, while 4 or5 people stood around the kitchen watching myself and another customer waiting at the counter. After noticing how dirty the kitchen was, especially the floor, and waiting a little longer, we walked out.
Dairy Queen is always a great place to grab a quick bite to eat.
One of the cleanest fast food restaurants in Omak. Food is consistently good quality. Atmosphere is a little loud.
I ordered an Orange Julius drink and it was DISGUSTINGI was drinking orange WATER.
