This was my first time in a Mucho Burrito and I will definitely be back. I was not sure what or how to order, but the 2 employees took the time to explain the options and toppings for me. Even a pleasant conversation while my order was prepared. The food was fantastic! I had a regular steak burrito that was more than enough food. Great taste, and all toppings were fresh. Another terrible experience. Didn 't have a great experience a couple weeks ago, but gave them another chance. Got a small burrito and you can see in the pic, it wasn 't ever 4 long. $13 for what?? The restaurant did follow up with previous experience but then didn 't follow through with free product as they had implied by trying to make it right . View all feedback.
Today I went at this place and got the worst treatment. I got hair in my food, when I went to return the bowl,he removed hair from food and gave back the same bowl. The guy in beard without hairnet was not convinced first to give new bowl. My question is do you guys generally do this ? Remove filth from food and give back the same ?Moreover I got my churros after half an hour and that too my daughter had to remind him of.
I’m new to the area, and my fiancé and i were hungry and in search of something quick but clean. I was completely blown away with this place, the food was so fresh and just delicious, and the portion sizes are huge for the price, so you get what you pay for and more! The employees are so friendly and kind, and the service we received made the whole experience that much better. I’m usually not the type of person that will stuff my face in public, but i couldn’t resist, i don Think I’ve had anything that delicious in my entire life!!? 100000 out of 10, i would definitely recommend
I've had amazing food here many times but tonight the burrito was really lame. Light to almost zero chicken. Kinda disappointing!
Stale fajita mix and beans/rice were not even warm. Would not recommend adding plant based crumble tasted bland. Overall bad experience, never coming back or recommending this location to anyone ?
They have great service and make my burrito perfect everytime. they always welcome me with a smile aswell. recommend this location!Kid-friendliness: they are respectful to all students and treat them as adultsDietary restrictions: they have a lot of healthy options
