Found this little diamond in the rough! Great food and comfortable setting. Don’t let the smallness of the building turn you away… head in and enjoy the food! View all feedback.
What Amy Walker doesn't like about Griffis Cafe:
Skip this one if you have a choice. It was pretty gross. Only one other occupied table and we had to wait over an hour to get served a salad and a BLT. I couldn't say what the salad tasted like...all I could taste was the salt. The lettuce was brown and the sandwich was tiny. The service was super slow and the hygiene was absent. (brown lettuce pictured it was not a balsamic dressing. The dressing was ranch) View all feedback.
Burger fries good, chef salad was huge. Friendly staff, will definitely stop again if in the area.
Food was fresh and hot. It tasted amazing and the staff was some of the nicest folks I have met in a while!
If you are looking for an out of the way jewel with great service and food.., look no further. About a 50 minute enjoyable drive from Vero Beach. Plenty of opportunities to see Wild Turkey on the stretch along 441 prior to your arrival at the small restaurant in Kenansville. We try to get there a couple times a month for their incredible catfish. They too have a huge “K” Burger that is a specialty. Also great shrimp and gator bites. For desert try their fresh homemade pies and cakes for desert. Jen is our favorite server. Truly a friendly and well managed restaurant with a diverse menu. Kid-friendliness: Great family atmosphere. Very friendly and laid back quality to the open dining. Also has outdoor covered seating. Wheelchair accessibility: No steps involved and easy maneuverability around tables that too can be easily moved.
Great place for dinner smack dab in the middle of nowhere
In the middle of no where and turkey hunting season a little gem from gator to frog legs and
