Popular Stand Pato Umeda Store - Osaka

Had the pizza class in Chicago. Very tasty and not so expensive. Also recommend the peach oolong. The five stars are for food, it was so good. If I include the staff, it would be different. They seemed emotionless and confused. At one point they didn't even know what the court was given to us.

Visited here during Obon vacation. We made a reservation for 12pm, but the place wasn't that crowded. The atmosphere is modern and nice. Definitely would be better as a night eating spot. They have a two food, two drink rule for each person plus a 600 yen table charge, so it ended up being a little pricey for lunch in the end. The duck patty burger is pretty good, and the buns were buttery and toasty. The potato salad was also really good. The craft cola had a subtle cinnamon taste to it and wasn't amazing but was good. Food was good, staff service was meh.

Public hours say they open at noon, but we were refused entry because lunch reservations are required. Very rude since we walked so far in the rain to try it. Host just kept us waiting in the rain trying to explain but we could see others inside eating, and plenty of room for the two of us. Will not go back because of how we were treated.

A stylish bar called a popular liquor bar is a 3-minute walk away. I heard that it was renewed! It was very stylish and calm atmosphere in the store. Roast Beef and Chicago Pizza I think it is good for a date and a girl party!

Foods a bit ambitious and while it looks pretty, the taste end doesn't deliver. It is also a hybrid standing bar where you have to sort of balance on a cushioned bar as a seat, which gets uncomfortable trying to eat steak and deep dish pizza. Fancy but lacking depth..
