Staff are rude and the manager is a JOKE! Can you talk to a customer about a problem? hide in the back and say? re really busy miserable. I very do not recommend that this location at the Eastern Colony and Alafaya. I called to see if I could talk to them on the phone and they refused to pick up the phone. I'd give them zero stars from five, but I have to put one. View all feedback.

Great for a quick bite, friendly staff and a clean restaurant.

Last time I was here, they had forgotten the dipping sauce and second fries on my order qith a manager present. Also, the drive thru is always wrapped around the building (and barely moving) any time after 10pm. Otherwise, the food is decent but you'll get better service at any other Wendy's in the area.
Food is horrible at nighttime. Nothing is fresh but the employees are still nice and considerate to remake orders at request. Family is important to me.
