It was nice balance of sweet, salty, and spice with a great fried chicken breast. My wife got the Submarine Salad, ham, turkey, and salami with swiss and absolutely loved the addition of banana peppers for a change on it. Banana peppers aren’t something you see on a salad often but it was a major hit with her. The grilled cheese with bacon was more than enough for the kids to handle. If you want to have a little quieter experience then eating outside is the way to go. They have some great local craft beer choices so there is no excuse to leave thirsty. Kid friendly no kids menu

Just loved it. My girls took me for my birthday. I remember for years that was Brian's restaurant and now it's Gnarly Barley the food was great and a fun place to go.

I went here in Happy Hour, which turned out to be happiness, because this is the only time they serve their Gnarly Nachos. I got them with chicken and they were awesome! Not to mention, just $9.00 and I was full of it. You have a ton of handcrafted beers if this is your thing, and also a great menu with sandwiches and other items. I will definitely go back

Beautiful place clean lots of elbow rooms with plenty of space outdoors to observe people and view the Lago Ivanhoe. For the first time there was a delicious triple cedar (dry, but full of taste) and a delicious bomb Mi Sandwich. Orange chicken with a picky claw. I just wanted to eat half, but was just too good ha very filling lunch! Fast friendly service also. I'm looking forward to coming back soon.
