I won't make it too flowery since it's under my husband's profile, alas the ambiance... blissful tranquility. The Grand Marnier 100... liquid excellence. I am forever grateful to our exceptional servers Peter and Stephan. They were truly attentive, welcoming, professional, amicable, and were perfectly timed for each course. When our glasses got low, they swooped in like hydration angels. 0 ; Without question the cuisine was prepared with precision and a sincere desire to please our tastebuds. I am thankful to have such an incredible husband to share this exquisite edible experience with to celebrate our third wedding anniversary. Yes, the third anniversary is traditionally leather, but this... this experience with the Norman's team at The Ritz Carlton in Orlando, FL. was by far leaps and bounds beyond any leather belt, watch, or bag! Thank you Stephan and Peter for sharing your kindness and top shelf hospitality with us. It was a joy to meet you both. We will most certainly return once again as *the people* make the place for us. We have the tasting menu and David directed me away from items I couldn't eat and it was lovely. The Foie gras French Toast....oh my! One of the best things I've ever eaten. The wine couples were on site. Great food.

We started with the chervice which was excellent. Then moved on to the small plate of scallops which was sublime. I had the Filet which was excellent quality and aged perfectly. My companion had the Sea Bass. I eat a lot of seafood and have to say it was the best I ever tasted. Great atmosphere, huge Bourbon selection, and a great wine list. If you are a foodie, this is where to eat in Orlando.

He took the time to tell us about the menu and also some plates I recommended it on my self to try one of his recommendations that the Pork Havana was I did not regret it a bit the plate he was recommended just amazing, he also recommended a wine called Brachetto from Piedmonte Italy and had to try it, and again the wine was amazing and at the end of our day I tipped him as if I were paying with my credit card.

The Conch Chowder was remarkable, the presentation was beautiful and some of the tenderest cones I ever had. My husband had the Havana Pork and raved over it, several sauces made the taste come in various ways. I had made the staff aware that it was our 20th. Wedding jubilee was, and we were greeted with champagne and provided with a menu dessert. A special keepsake menu that was signed by the cook was a special note that I will never forget. I can't talk much about Norman's and will definitely return when back in the area of Orlando.
