What Thays Lira doesn't like about Hidden Sushi:
It took a long time for the food to arrive, it took us 3 hours to be able to eat all the festival orders! We saw them receiving a lot of customers but not being able to meet the demand! I don't recommend it View all feedback.
Follows my experience on a Saturday! This is the third time we have come here, we were 4 adults, 3 teenagers and 2 children. Gathering our experience, that day there were only two waiters to serve, and one of them accumulated the role of hostess, even with an appointment we waited more than an hour to be able to wait, we are hungry and upset, but seeing that they were making an effort to serve all right, we had patience. after we sat down everything worked really well and fast, we liked everything we ordered. here is my congratulations to the waiters, especially to the girl who accumulated the role of hostess. I hope they solve this problem of lack of people soon because the food is very good.
I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Hidden Sushi. Unfortunately, I cannot give a positive review for this restaurant.First and foremost, the service was incredibly slow. The waiting time was unacceptable, and it significantly impacted the overall dining experience. Moreover, the ambiance of the restaurant was far from pleasant. There was a strong smell of frying oil lingering in the air, which was quite off-putting. Additionally, the air conditioning had a distinct smell of mold, making it uncomfortable to stay in the establishment.I had high hopes for Hidden Sushi, but my visit left me unsatisfied and dissatisfied. I hope that the management takes these issues seriously and works on improving the quality of service and the dining environment.Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this restaurant based on my recent experience.
This is a very nice restaurant to go out on a date with! I enjoyed the food selection from the menu (even though some combinations were a bit “hmmm” but it’s not the end of the world). Overall, the food makes me and my SO happy and it’s a great way to diversify our taste buds!!! :DFood: 5/5
Our experience there took no more than 5 min and it was frustrating to say the least. My wife and I were craving for (authentic) Japanese food and decided to go to Hidden Sushi with my two daughters. We live in South Florida and were vacationing in Orlando. My daughters had already eaten snacks and weren’t much hungry. We were seated and told that they had “all you can eat” menu for $39 per person (my youngest daughter would pay around $20). We asked if we could pay only for sashimi and a couple of sushis a la carte since they wouldn’t eat more than that and it wouldn’t make sense to pay the full price. The waiter wasn’t sure and politely said he could ask his manager. After a couple of minutes he (not the manager) came back saying that it wouldn’t be possible and if my daughters eat anything they would need to pay in full. Given the lack of flexibility, we decided to walk away and try something else (which BTW was excellent and very authentic Japanese food).
Alexander took great care of us as we celebrated a friend's birthday. The calamari, hand rolls, and sashimi were excellent. Try the doritos rolls! They were a surprising delight.
