Chick-fil-a - Orlando

Another great experience! this time was just for a delicious pfirsich shake. like the Chick-fil-A drive-Thrus, very slim and efficient. the staff was very friendly and professional. only the problem were the straws we were given were open and damaged. there were other clearly visible open and damaged straws in the holding attached to the wall.

I ordered food and they cancelled. I ordered my food at 7:40. I even called to ask if they could add Buffalo sauce. I let them know I placed a order. My order was supposed to be delivered by 8:03. Instead, it was prolonged until THEY CLOSED. Just to wait almost an hour for food that was never gonna come. And I’m sad. Cause I literally only had enough to order that. And they won’t give me a instant refund or anything. So I will just be here hungry. Cause I don’t have any money to order more food. It’s really depressing cause I go there so much and order food so much from there. It shouldn’t take you almost an hour to make a plain chicken sandwich and a medium Mac and cheese. It’s just really depressing.

Always great. Drive thru was around the building, they had staff in line collecting orders. It was very fast and and the order was perfect. You deserve all the awards, thanks.

I enjoy eating at Chick-fil-A. The chicken is always moist and the waffle fries are my favorite kind of fries with just the right amount of crunch. The location near Orlando was pumping. They were smashed with the amount of people they were servicing, but managed to keep up and still provide great customer service. The app is not too good. I tried to add my points, but denied.

So you know I’m from the home of the original Chick-fil-A. ?? but I haven’t been there in years as I don’t eat meat anymore, but to my surprise the service was incredibly quicker than I have ever seen at any other fast food place in life… The employees work so hard in this hot . I hope you guys are hydrating and paying them well. They walk all the way to your cars no more just window waiting it’s just quick and great service. Kudos to the all the staff that were there the day that I visited. 6/17 at 3:30pm. I got a salad, and I cannot wait to add my meatless meats to it it’s gonna be delicious.
