Very bad customer service the assistant manager was rude make us waiting very long also treat my daughter very disrespectful, horrible customer service.

Prices are inflated due to the location being in a tourist area. I would rather go hungry than pay those prices for warm food. Wasn't even hot and the coffee was sour.

If I could give these negative reviews, I would be honest. the hired was very rude. she wore no gloves when I asked if she had a product, she asked me “what it is from the signs on the ice counter” I told her that I was not sure and she repeated only adding “that is what I ask you” and went on to serve the smallest scoop possible. they are made of waffelkonus, although they have a waffel maker right behind them. we didn't even buy it, we didn't feel comfortable. when I asked the hired person where I can leave this, we don't want it anymore, they're shroff and turn around. do not waste their time coming here.

No chocolate ice cream, no waffle cones, no hot fudge and out of multiple other toppings. Why even stay open? Drove out of our way to leave with nothing.

Great customer service ice cream was delicious thank you again .
