"Improve your service! We were served after customers who were behind us in line, even though they ordered a liempo and a burger while I only ordered a club sandwich to go. When I inquired about how long it would take, they assured me it would be the same time, yet we ended up waiting 10 minutes longer than the two people behind us who ordered three meals. To make matters worse, after such a long wait for just a sandwich, an LGBTQ+ staff member delivered my order with a dismissive attitude, saying, 'Oh, that's for you.' Is this really the way to treat customers? I don't think so.".
