Tim Hortons - Orillia

Nice little Tim Hortons. I ordered the Take 12 in the drive-thru and it came pretty quick, didn 't even have to pull to the side and wait . There 's another Tim Hortons just down the road and it was super packed. I 'm glad I went to this one!

I tried calling a location to place an order for next day. 12 phone calls no one picks up ever! I try to find customer service number and of course dosent exist can't find anything. Found some corporate number, called them they transfer me to some customer service I tell them what happen they take my info and tell me someone from the location will be in touch shortly to take my order..... of course no call! Call the location again 10 times no answer! Call back financial ppl they transfer me to some answering machine! Can't make an order and can't talk to anyone. Beyond ****! U lost me and my business as a customer!

The vanilla dip donut was heavy with icing, but the rest of the meal was amazing and I'm very happy with my meal here. I had a BLT with water and the vanilla dip donut.

Purchased a Crispy chicken craveable and it was so over cooked, it tasted burnt and the chicken was so dried out icouldn't even eat it. So disappointing
