We got the Caramel Ribbon Crunch which was very good. The drive through had a very long line but it moved pretty quickly and the staff were super friendly!!!???? View all feedback.
What courtney wilson doesn't like about Starbucks:
I was just in there. The woman who took our order was nice. However, an employee walked into the store, gave my friend and I very dirty looks and started talking about how something smells off and how they were nasty people in the store then proceeded to stare my friend and I down as she walked behind the counter. Very rude. I come here almost every day, and normally my experience is very nice. I am beyond disappoint... View all feedback.
I love a couple of the workers but I'll be damned that I can't get my coffee made right 80% of the time lol..I had to start going down the street on concord to get it done right..the new employees are either sweet or just not cut out for this type of work..it seems to take longer than it used too and my drink is still not right lol..for how much we pay I would like it to be what I ordered please and thank you!

Drive thru at 930am on 8/30.. the girl at the window argued with us about our drink. We ordered an iced americano and when she handed us a hot one we specified that it was iced. She then said that wasn 't said . In fact it was, the order was repeated several times at the order box. She also didn 't have a headset on.. so she wouldn 't know? She then continuously tried to get us to take the hot drink. It was so unnecessary. We both worked at Starbucks for years so that whole interaction was so disappointing.
I ordered 2 drinks. One of them being a vanilla sweet cream cold brew. The vanilla sweet cream wasn?t sweet at all. I can?t say the employee was rude at all but just didn?t seem helpful. I was offered a mediocre resolution to the drink. The sweet cream issue wasn?t fixed. They just gave me a cup with vanilla syrup and told me to mix it to my satisfaction. Would?ve preferred a new drink to be made with sweet vanilla sweet cream but maybe that?s just me
