Taco Bell - Orangeburg

Took 30 minutes to get my order. Slowest service I’ve ever seen from a “fast” food restaurant.

We arrived after a long day at the hospital with my mom and the attitude of the staff was less than desired. It was obvious that they were in the going home mode.

Just nasty workers place everything nasty. Look at their phone and each other. Didn't eat there. I hope I never stoop low enough to eat at Taco Bell ever

So we noticed some changes to the menu that affected what we always got. But Hayiley explained and accommodated for us. Which was awesome because we both have autism so it messed with us when the changes to the menu. But she did a good job explaining everything, and she went I've exactly what we wanted and was so polite and patient with us. It's so nice to have some people be so good with customer service and demeanor affects the overall perspective of a visit to any establishment and Hayiley is a great example because it made ours good!

Restaurant smelled of urine! Service was extremely slow. Counters and floors were unclean. Should be closed for health code reasons!
