Moe's Southwest Grill - Orange City

About a month ago I made a 1-star review because I came several times and this restaurant was very unclean and the food we got was very sloppy and a small handful of chips. This weekend I decided to go back and try again (even if my children asked me to go to another place), but I am glad because I could see the big changes that were made! I couldn't believe how clean it was and the person responsible was very impressive. I'm so happy because my family loves Moes, and I'm gonna get Moes/Orange City back into our rotation when we get out!

On the other half asked for Tofu. Dude put Steak on everything. He recognized his mistake and just continued. When we were on the move, I told my partner not to worry about sharing it because I have to get back to the line. I don't think it was about being unclear. My spouse gave the next employee the same instructions and she understood what maize meant on half. I told her not to worry about it and told her I had to go back to the line and why. It was said it was more accurate. instead of making a bowl right.

Ordered online, someone mistakenly picked up my food, Moe?s wanted me AGAIN for food I paid but not received!!! I will order NIE food from this restaurant? EVER IMPORTANT! This is not the first time that this happened!! And the employees are decent and extremely rude!!! I suggest that all go to Tijuana Flats, food is much better and the staff are AWESOME!!!

I'm usually not on this side of the city, but it happened last night in the map room. Moe?s is usually not one of my?go too? Places because of the number of elections in my area. My spouse and I came by last night at 19:30 and had the opportunity to be greeted, served and impressed by the Friday night crew. They were a well-oiled machine to get the food out and work together. Every single encounter of the two young men who had the food to the blonde (I know there were actually 3 there), which in the cashier was very pleasant. It was also closing time (I remember these days) and they treated all customers well even if it was 8:30. I found the card of the manager over the Salsa bar and on my way I asked one of the young men when this was the person to write. At this moment he asked me? was there something I can do or help with?, that shows a true feeling of maturity. The food was good. I had a salad and my spouse had the bowl. This is fast food not gourmet, but it meets the place and I will tell you the customer service will keep me back in Orange City. It looks like a lot of bad reviews are people who use third-party delivery, etc. Sitting there and watching the process, they seemed to be there to take out the food. What happens when it goes is another story.

My husband and I went in like 30 mins before closing... super hungry. I didn't even realize they were actually closing up until I got to the register. The service I got was great. There were no attitudes or rolling of the eye. Even tho I'm sure everyone was mentally clocked out. Thank you for just being nice and great customer service. It didn't go unnoticed
