Jaxon's Chix Tenders - Orange

Small chicken shop, clean interior, good menu, great food.Ordered Shotgun Willie's Buffalo Chicken fries, excellent chicken, sauce was great, and fries cooked perfect! Saturday afternoon visit, there were two couples in the shop. The service was good, both of staff I talked to were very nice. I think the price for the quality of food you get is really good.The Circle in Orange seems pretty trendy, but the shops are great and Jaxon's is a place to get some good chicken.

My wife any I finally tried this place out after living in town for the past 9 years (yikes) and it was pretty good. The best thing was the chicken, which made sense. My wife really liked the fries too (she got the basic 2 piece combo). We didn't do any spice since my wife doesn't like it and we'd be sharing, but next time I go I'll need to try some spicy chicken.Though the worst thing was the Mac Cheese, which was just kind of blah. The noodles were slightly undercooked (just a bit too firm) and the sauce was thin and bland. It wasn't BAD, but it wasn't particularly good.

It is a good chicken tender place. Good side dishes as well.None of their food set them apart from the other places.Service is fast and friendly. The atmosphere is also nice. Good place if you're in the area.

Just as an fyi, this place has an Epoch Times poster in their window. If the owners/operators do not understand what this means or implies, I would encourage them to do their research. In any case, this doesn’t seem like the type of place that would welcome my business, so I will avoid it. Best,

Solid tenders! They have a nice dust of flavor, plus mixed with the reaper BBQ sauce! gives the tenders some spice.
