Carl's Jr. - Orange

This is my regular Carl's Jr. that I go to. Normally they mess up my order about 1/4 of the time I go. Ok, I can live with that, it's human error. But tonight I bought the charbroiled chicken combo and the famous star combo.and the charbroiled chicken club was not fresh. There was nothing good about it. The lettuce was wilted and gross the bun was as flat as a tortilla. It must have sat around for a while. It was awful. I also ordered 2 criss cut fries and got 2 french fries. The famous star is always good, they don't usually mess that up. But after paying $32 for 2 meals I want good quality food for that price.And I probably paid extra for criss cut fries. Come on Carl's Jr. Do better for your customers. This Carl's has struggled with doing better since it opened. Get it together already.
