"I visited this drive-thru and had to run to the restroom, which was open due to COVID-19 restrictions. At some places, you still can't use the bathroom unless you buy food, but they didn’t ask me for a code here. I mentioned that I came through the drive-thru, and despite that, the staff couldn’t have been nicer. I appreciate that Carl's has expanded their menu with more chicken options and that they always try out new items.".

The best restaurant in my area! It's consistently clean, and the manager is incredibly friendly. She always greets us when we arrive.
I received assistance from Paulo, and he was incredibly helpful and friendly. I had a rough day, but he really went above and beyond for me. Because of his excellent service, I’m willing to drive a little farther instead of choosing a closer option. Thank you, Paulo! I wish there were more people like you in the world. You definitely deserve a promotion!
