What User doesn't like about Betwa Retreat:
We stayed in this hotel , but had to go out for lunch & dinner to search for a better taste. The cook doesnt know event to prepare noodle. All noodles were clumsy, oily & very sticky.Even Kadai Chicken was sweet in taste. Ahh. But yes ambiance was good. open terrace restaurant with live folk songs. View all feedback.

The MP Govt.' property is structurally awesome, though not sure of maintenance & service. But, full-marks for the snax we had in the restaurant there. 'Masala Peanuts' & 'Masala Tea' were the best I have ever had; my daughter had Strawberry Milshake and she just loved it.
Their food is indeed the best in this town. We went down just for a taste and kept on returning again and again throughout our stay.Best thing we loved were the "Taste of MP" section on their menu. We had to order for these in advance but the wait was definitely worth it. Please do try if you are in Orchha.
We arrived quite late for dinner, yet the staff was very friendly (one dish was too spicy, they spontaneously brought us a new version of it, free of cost). The food was good. There were musicians playing traditional music for guests outside, staff offered to close the door if we wanted. View of the temples from the restaurant.
This is an upscale restaurant serving good cuisine with excellent service by courteous staff. Good ambiance with live music.
