They did such a great job for my son's birthday. We were here last month. The cake was so moist and the frosting was amazing, not too sweet. Very well done.. Thank you for my making my kiddos birthday a great day.

Won't get my cakes any where else. Check them out. Always delicious moist wonderfully decorated. Their coffee/pound cake are super delicious. Coffee, banana, blueberry plain. We keep ours in freezer slice what we need. Wonderful staff, clean business very helpful. Thank you Ontario Bakery.

I love Ontario bakery! It's the only place I go to for my cakes. I had spent so much on my daughters birthday party that I was trying to cut costs on the cake part. I got her a small little cake bought 2 Groupons for a dozen cupcakes each. The baker assisting me with my order was beyond helpful! And even though I wasn't spending a lot of money on the cake she was there helping trying to get me exactly what I wanted. She went above beyond it's because of that their tasty cakes that I will continue to get my cakes from Ontario Bakery Love you guys!

We had our wedding at Shannon Hills golf club, they have a built-in deal with Ontario bakery for the wedding cake. We had difficulty getting an appointment to do it cake testing as they often don’t answer the phone. When we made our appointment and came in the staff was kind, but very busy and once they found out we already had it set up through Shandin Hills, they told us there was nothing else we needed to do it was all paid for and taken care of. When it came time to finalize our order, they didn’t have any records of our tasting or cake preferences and we had to give them to them again, Cathy called and said we needed to speak with her directly. But she was the same person we saw when we did our taste testing. It was hard getting a hold of them to finalize the details. The spice cake was delicious, and the cake turned out beautiful. The flowers were done by a different vendor. Delicious cake, absolutely. Customer service pretty good, it’s just difficult to get a hold of them. LGBTQ friendly, I would definitely purchase a cake from them again.

Been coming here most my life, I remember the shop when it was actually located just a little more south from where it is today. That was when Kaiser was still across the street. From what I understand the current owners purchased it from the previous owner around the mid to late the 80's, and have continued to use the same recipes all this time. They did the cake for my parents wedding (wasn't alive yet, no idea how it was), my wedding, and my sister's wedding. And multiple birthdays and parties. If you need a beautiful cake that tastes great, this is your place! Great selection of cake and filling flavors. If you need something they don't have, they might be able to help you out, suggest you go in and discuss. Will this cake make you an overnight success on social media? No. But it will look great in pictures and everyone will be pleased with the cake. Last visit they were able to make a beautiful cake with pretty flowers on top for a birthday. It was so pretty some rando in the shop (a customer) took a picture of it, unusual. The cookies and other items are good, not the best I've ever had, but if someone brought me something from here I would be very pleased. Staff are very friendly, able to be quite accommodating. Shopping center parking can be a pain. Parking, entrance, and counter are all accessible. I don't believe there are restrooms. Hope you get to try them out sometime.
