I didn't want to be surprised. I wanted to order, eat my sandwich and go on my way, that's it. The lady there asked me to go or go and I said for here. Then she put my sandwich in a plate with the subway wrapping and napkins. I was thrilled by that, I loved the gesture and the additional steps she had taken to please customers like me.
