Contribute Feedback What JohnJ likes about ZINC Holland Center Dining:
Food was very good (entrees were apple salad with chicken and roasted salmon caprese). Server was pleasant but seemed distracted. Drink order was taken quickly. She delivered drinks but didn't take dinner order. We had to flag her down 40 minutes after our initial seating to get our order in. View all feedback.
What Linda Michelsen doesn't like about ZINC Holland Center Dining:
We were seated immediately, ordered drinks. Ordered dinners within first 20 minutes. Drinks arrived at the one hour and 10 minutes. Dinners arrived at omen hour and 20 minutes. Had the ahi stake. It was over cooked dry. View all feedback.
The holland performing art center is a very beautiful place. the zinc was a very nice place to enjoy an elegant meal. reservations are recommended. a little expensive, but it is worth it.
I wanted to make a reservation tonight and zinc is not open. this is disappointing as there is no noticing on the omaha performing arts website that they are closed. I had to wait five minutes, I know they're busy because there's a show tonight, but come on ticket omaha, pick her up.
Not good. fish to dry boiled, brunettes whirl room temperature and raw. a bad evening meal.

I'm sorry for you to find nothing else to fill your time. zinc is wonderful and I have eaten there often. they do an excellent work to not have a fully equipped kitchen in front of place (because you think about these anonyshopper? keep them the great work and eat great and at least we don't have to worry that anonyshopper comes back. zinc is a better place without it!
Saved face. Perhaps Diner22 should recognize that there was a SIX month break between the writing of my review and their experience, and PERHAPS they should have kept an open mind rather than automatically labeling me as they they did. I forgive you, Diner22, for obviously based on YOUR experience Zinc saw and fixed the myriad of discrepancies experienced during my visit. This is why we review: to criticize and offer feedback, and I thank the Urban Spoon for offering this outlet for improvement. I believe my review helped, and your review, though condescending as it was, may show others that Zinc has risen above their initial faults to become a better restaurant. Maybe you, too, can rise...read more
