This place is downhill. rude worker on the drive thru, slow service, cold pommes and nuggets and a very old tasting grilled chicken sandwich especially $5.99 for just a sandwich. not interested in going back there.

Online said they close at 10, placed a mobile order and got there at 9:20 and business was closed. Went to the drive thru window and saw 3 or 4 people standing around when one of them looked at my girlfriend and I and like we were stupid and they walked off. It would of been nice to know if they changed the hours before making the drive there.

Just got escorted out of the store after entering an unlocked restaurant to pick up the mobile order I placed for store pickup. When I was told the lobby was closed, I explained that I was not there to use the lobby but rather to pick up the order the app allowed me to place for store pickup, but the manager Richard treated me like I broke in or something. When I asked if I could wait and grab my order he treated me like I was trespassing and told me I needed to use the drive thru. When I asked if I could cancel my order he said no, now get out . The app shouldn 't allow store pickup if when you get there you have to wait 45 minutes in their worthless drive thru line, and needs to have an option to cancel an order when your lunch break doesnt allow you to wait in said line. This place is the worst of the worst and I recommend avoiding if at all possible. PROFANITY this restaurant.

Ordered thru the drive thru and had to listen to the employee cuss his way thru our order. Sat for 15 min in the drive thru why two employees picked at each others facial piercings and didn’t wash their hands and got mad when I asked for a refund. Food was cold and sloppy. But I guess it’s fast food.

Very unfriendly staff. Ordered a medium frosty and received a small. When I asked if that was a medium, two employees looked at each other and said yes thats a medium! No receipt given. No thank you. No nothing. No boo book offered.
