Food Coma in Balboa We tried Balboa for the first time. And we were pleasantly surprised and satisfied with our meal. The salad had the right mix with a flavourful dressing. The clam chowder was thick and tasty with mussels. The salmon on mushroom risotto was perfectly cooked. And the balsamic pork was deliciously tender, like an adobo with an italian twist.
