First time here. Ordered a small Special Combo Pho and it was the first time I’ve finished my noodles before the meats. They give you a generous amount! I’m from OC Cali and we are spoiled with Pho down there. So, finding a pho spot in Olympia that is this good is a gem! The setting is nice and quiet! Will definitely come back! View all feedback.

I recently visited this restaurant again with a group of five people around 6:30. We were seated at a table with a label stating that parties of 5 or more would be charged an 18% gratuity. I considered leaving, as the service was poor and the food was not served all at once. Some of us had finished eating while others were just receiving their food. Our chicken pho was great, but sadly the cashier tried to charge us $33 for it. I’d sent my daughter in to pay and he helped himself to a 50% tip. We will not be back. :(Food: 5/5
The food at this restaurant is incredible and the customer service is friendly. They also offer outdoor seating. You place your order and pay inside first, then they will seat and serve you outside if you prefer dining out. I usually don't crave pho, especially in the hot season, but I needed it to cure my hangover and it did the trick. In addition to pho, they have a wide selection of rice plates and noodle bowls. Don't forget to try the Dragon fruit mango lemonade and tropical refresher, they are a must-try! I highly recommend this place!
I was craving some Vietnamese food and had business in Olympia today, so decided to check this place out. They deserve WAY more business, they should constantly be packed!My order was simple, a sautéed beef banh mi and fresh spring rolls. They were SO fast to get it out, and the portions were the perfect size and packed full of flavor. Check this place out! This was a fantastic lunch, and the employees were so kind and attentive!
Pho Saigon Fusion #8 has been my favorite pho restaurant for almost a decade now. The staff is friendly and the food is consistently high quality, including their drinks. I highly recommend trying the dragon fruit lemonade! <3
