Freddy's Frozen Custard Steakburgers

I tried the freddy's in southhaven one time and it wasn't my favorite. I decided to give it a try in olive branch. I only can get the veggie burger add onions of course. I also had some onion rings with it. I did enjoy the onion rings, though the veggie burger is just not to my liking. I will say the staff was friendly and cleaned well. I broke my non dairy diet today and tried a mini vanilla shake, for I wasn't feeling my best today. I think it is ok for what it is, just not for me.

This used to be one of our favorite places. Now it takes forever to get your order. They never have sweet tea made. The whole place is disgusting. It looks like they haven't cleaned in months. I had to clean a table just so we could eat. We asked for sweet tea and they said theyre out of tea. Last time we came we ordered custard because we just watched them make a cone and thought it looked good. When we ordered they said they were out of custard.

This location has the worst employees! My husband spent twenty minutes inside this location because they first told us they only took card inside. So, we pull around to park and he leaves me to wait in the vehicle while he goes inside to get what we assumed would be a fast food milkshake. While my husband stood there Unacknowledged by the staff the customer before him had been standing there for a long time and finally spoke up after watching one employee make a shake for another employee. The customer in front of him asked why they hadn?t gotten their ice cream but could make the employee one. The staff was not only rude to the other customer but rude to my husband as well. My husband finally asked if he could get his order and they couldn?t even remember what his order was. None of the staff were wearing gloves or hair nets. The customer behind my husband had to ask the staff to take his order. It was as though there were tons of orders to take and make but the staff was only there to stand around and ignore the customers. Terrible terrible customer service overall, including the Manager who had an ?I could care less? attitude. We will never go to this location again.

The place was very dirty and the service was terrible. I only ordered 1 regular shake and 1 regular concrete. It took me 20 minutes to get my order and I only got it then because I went back to the counter and stood there until Niaya decided to finish them. She worked as slow as a sloth and would stop making my order to go take orders of customers who came to place an order. One of my custards was melted by the time I got them, but God forbid I asked for a remake. I should've just asked for my money back and then left. There were 3 other workers that I saw. I watched her closely to make sure she didn't spit in my ice cream.

This location used to be good but today was not it at all. The food was cold, the service was blah, and it wasn't complete. My Chophouse burger had no mushrooms and it was busting through the cardboard holder. It also looked like someone took a bite out of the bun. I asked for malts and I know I got just ice cream in a cup and I asked her if these were malts and she said they were. They were out of American cheese so I opted for cheddar but all I see is maybe Colby shredded cheese on the burger. Overall it was bad. I won't be going back.
