Dunkin' - Old Town

Great coffee shop. ready to please the customer and friendly. Only the problem is that they have a tendency to be slow and occasionally, forget about the things you make your bagel or forget additional cream cheese or napkins, etc. No big mistakes and they are always ready to make you happy before you go!

This place by far is the best here! Staff are big and the manager is always hands on and works out his ass! Some other comments about here are not correct! No one is perfect and let's see if you are their job day in and day with hundreds of customers who throw fits over normal human mistakes or just to do with hanging people who think they are about them because they think working on a dunkin is easy... It is NOT ..only because of the treatment with the public 24/7 .. There are people working here trying very hard .. Give them some credit .. We are all people!!

Great service and friendly staff. They can say that these people work hard to make their customers happy. They have noticed my order (and they usually have it ready before I take off my wallet) and I'm not greeted by a synthetic retort, but always with a welcome back! The morning will be abandoned by the school and the traffic light in the car drive, but it won't stop! Become regularly in this facility and you will not regret.
