What User likes about KFC:
A little puzzled at the negative reviews. We have been to the KFC in Okotoks a few times now and every visit has been a positive one. The chicken, while somewhat greasy (we dab all fried chicken with serviettes), is always cooked perfectly, the fries are generous and done well and the coleslaw is good. Haven't had KFC for a long time but needed quick dinner tonight. In drive thru tried to order "Chicken Feast meal" which was to include sides, gravy etc...the server on drive thru had no idea what I was talking about even when I explained the order board to her. This location has great service and the chicken is not as greasy as some KFC locations, seems like they change their fryer oil more often too.
This restaurant does not live up to the standards of most other KFC's. Their chicken is only average but not finger licking good like most others.

read moreDespite some negative reviews, our experience at KFC in Okotoks has always been positive. The chicken is well-cooked, the fries are generous, and the service is friendly and efficient. While some complained about cold and oily food, we have never encountered these issues. Special requests are honored, and the restaurant is always clean. While some may have had a bad experience, we have found this KFC location to be consistent in delivering good food and service. We will continue to support this restaurant and recommend giving it a try before judging solely based on online reviews.
We ordered takeout from this restaurant and received excellent service. The food was hot and fresh. I don't understand why this location has a low rating.
