I decided to return to the upper crust after several bad experiences. The food was better this time, though it took a while to get out of the kitchen when the restaurant was basically empty. The Waitstaff is up, but Davin put it on to be ashamed because she was fantastic. I will come back to check the restaurant later, because I doubt that I have the same experience in my return.
