What Chantal Marshall doesn't like about Subway:
One of the worst experiences I've ever had at a Subway. We went through their drive-thru, and ordered our sub. There was one car in front of us. We sat in line for over half an hour waiting on our food. When we got our food, one of our subs was totally wrong. They offered to redo it, but we just left without it, not waiting another half hour for our food. I don't know what the company has to do, but this unacceptable... View all feedback.
The menu did not have any prices listed, but I noticed that all footlong sandwiches were $11. This seemed like a good deal, considering the portion size. The staff were friendly and efficient, even though the restaurant was fairly empty at 3 o'clock.
Metro is in the average / good, but the sandwich artists at this place are especially very attentive and make great tasting sandwiches, even if I order online.
A part of their menu board was not on or was broken...ordered that I was only positiw that they had. the place must be rebuilt and updated, it was too dark.
I love subway, but the management has always gone downhill. Today I wait almost 30 minutes for my order. the worker there did her best, but I don't know why the management would let someone rest to take a lunch break.
This is the slowest Subway ever. I did a take out order through the app. Went to pick up and the doors were locked. So had to go through drive thru. We had to 15 minutes for the one and only car to get their one sandwich. This isn’t the first time we had to wait an excessive amount of time for a couple of sandwiches.
