We go to Red Robin every few months. We usually get fried pickles and are satisfied with the portion, taste quality. At first we noticed that the restaurant was super clean. All employees helped to bring appetizers, drinks and main courses. The decor was cool and the food was good. It came out super fast. There's only one Donatos missing!

Our server Katelyn was a RAY by SUNSHINE! Pro Tip: ASK FOR KATELYN! It is a pleasure and will sell you to all the best menu hacks. The food was HOT honey so know that the kitchen staff was also on point so BRAVO! Katelyn smiled at the ENTIRE time she supported our 4 PLUS THE ENTIRE FLOOR party. 8 tables 21 guests altogether ALONE with ONE kitchen runner supports them during the ENTIRE MANAGEMENT TEAM sat and had a 30-plus minute meeting in the bar area (you sat there when we arrived and when we went?) They were the LOUDEST PEOPLE in the building and could often laugh and talk while we had lunch. NOT ONCE has someone of them standing up to help with the ground. There were no reviews of traffic flow or customer satisfaction. They literally sat in the bar and had a meeting that would have been better suited to keep BEFORE open or during OFF PEAK hours. Katelyn and the kitchen server have what they did, like real bosses! As a restaurant owner, corporate executive and just an everyday customer, this was a DISAPPOINTING show from management. Management is the heart of the company. This may be why it is a current 3.8 star review. That is why we are so short in the industry. If the management would rather sit and have a party meeting during peak hours while the staff is hit during a rush, this is the problem. Shows the guest a real lack of teamwork, leadership and service. The 2 stars today are due to the fact that the VISIBLE MANAGEMENT team does absolutely nothing to support the guest and staff as they had THE BEST TIME during the management meeting in the middle of a lunch break.
Went for my birthday. Had a burger and fries and a drink. Had the Smoke Pepper burger, steak fries and the Sunset Lemonade. All was good. Our server was absolutely awesome (hate that I can't remember her name) she was great!!!
