Mcdonald's - Oklahoma City

We arrived at the restaurant on Friday, June 10th at 5:40 pm to let our small child play in the playroom for the first time. The sign on the door stated that the playground is open daily from 9 am to 9 pm, which we checked before placing our order. However, after ordering, we noticed that the trash container was blocking the way. Each employee we asked said they were unsure and eventually suggested it may be closed. Frustrated, we asked for a refund as we did not want to eat at McDonald's without the playground being available. The manager or supervisor was rude and unprofessional, becoming angry when we requested a refund. We will definitely not be returning. We were the only customers in the building who had chosen to dine in. We simply wanted to make our child's first McDonald's trip special. McDonald's needs to improve, as nothing was done about the playground except having lazy employees who were unwilling to address the issue. They should all be let go if they cannot handle the responsibilities of running the playroom. Make sure the sign on the door clearly states whether the playground is open or closed. We would not have entered the restaurant if we had known it was not available.

They asked for a simple crispy sandwich, they have heard me wrong, so I corrected it when I paid but the next window, instead of making me a simple sandwich, they quickly took the pickles from a normal and threw it back into the pocket. I wouldn't have noticed waiting for the plane I ordered, but instead a soggy sandwich with things that they don't just want to take off is not acceptable.

There is a very rude and extremely unprofessional older gray-haired white man working in the kitchen during the morning at this location. Stay away.

The store was clean the lobby looked and smelked clean the staff was friendly my only issues were my fries were warm and you can tell they were old like reheated nothing like McDonald's fries should be and taste.aside from not being able to understand their language as well as them understanding mine i am big on fast food restaurants cleanliness the store especially their food/cooks. !!

Ordered a medium size order of fries, and they barely put any in it. Also they weren't fresh. The McChicken was extremely dry.
