I have found that if a restaurant puts its name on a dish, it's probably good. This was certainly true with this restaurant. I got the Dot Wo hot pot. Lots of meat, shellfish, the fried tofu was a great contrast of taste and texture, veggies crisp but done, sauce mild, but flavorful with an occasional burst of ginger. Will not go back. After hearing rave reviews from friends, we decided to try this place for dinner using a gift certificate we received from a friend as a wedding gift We placed a to-go order for beef with onions and ginger, moo goo gai pan, and smoked salmon nigiri.
