What Wendy McDermott doesn't like about Cicis Pizza:
The pizza seemed like it had been on the buffet for a while. Slow to refill buffet items. Staff not attentive to the bar. Lettuce on the salad bar was wilted and the pasta was hard. All the desserts were really good. View all feedback.
Very great food! Very cheap, and very nice place to eat for a few people! The only the thing that is off about this place is that the tables take a little bit to be cleaned, but you can find a clean table here and there, would recommend!Food: 5/5
Salad bar was great. The pizza was not good. Tried several different ones. They had a great selection. However pizza was not good. The desert was fantasticFood: 3/5
Pizza here is rough tbh, only for the financially struggling guys who are least to say. But the soap was pretty good. Of course no one touches the salad here, but they were good too. Food: 2/5
Have sat here for lunch, have not received the usual exciting greeting. Eating was okay when it was out. Just order your personal cake. The decline is obvious. Food: 3/5
This situation is downhill last year. Customer service, selection and cleanliness. They were moderately busy, but the food looked like it was sitting there for a while. Most locations have someone on layer that is very interactive with customers and make sure they take care of them. It seemed that the staff barely realized that customers were even there. Definitely not the standard I have seen other CiCi locations.
