Reservation was confirmed through Open Table however the snotty girl at the front counter said our reservation was not confirmed with them and we had to clear out at a specific time. When I showed her the confirmation on my phone from Open Table she refused to look at it. Not impressed with her lack of basic decency much less than her total lack of customer service skills. What User doesn't like about Primo Bistro:
There was a power outage on the island, so that’s not their fault. But I made reservations two nights in a row and no one called or emailed to say they were closed. An administrator for the site should have been a better job communicating that to their intended guests. Reservations should have been blocked and calls and emails should have been sent out. Waitress was rude didn’t have the wine we wanted mussels or lobster .. no atmosphere and was very expensive
Very good service we had a wonderful night. The ambience was fantastic!
The staff is always professional and friendly and the food was delicious! We’ll be back next year. A very nice experience.
We really like the place. It’s one of our favorites in the Gap.
Excellent service, beautiful setting,great food. We had crudo which was fantastic, great coconut shrimp and the fish special Parmesan crusted mahi mahi was to die for.
