For a small town restaurant it's quite ok, although I cannot figure out why it is rated as #1. The staff is friendly and well mannered, there's nothing to blame here. The food was good, but not extraordinary. Nothing impressive. Of course, it depends on one's personal terms of comparison. The only really negative aspect is the flies in the restaurant.
