Cafe Piriquito - Odemira

Amazing food. Very simple restaurant, but the food quality and service are really good.

Friendly, family-friendly restaurant, with a very Alentejo dish of the day (for lunch). It is at the back of the cafe, in an interior room. On this day the broad beans accompanied with pork were very delicious, we also ordered an extra lettuce salad and a jug of fresh white wine. The alternative is freshly grilled meats with old-fashioned French fries, not modern frozen potatoes but those that are in season and peeled by hand! Hmmmmmm, how good! What I've eaten there and what I've always liked most are the typical Alentejo dishes cooked in the traditional way, which vary depending on the inspiration of the cook and what's available at the local market.

The food and service are excellent. The parking is terrible, not their fault but still it is terrible trying to find parking.

If you are just so tired of restaurant food and just want a simple, tasty meal cooked by someone who really cares, served by a fun staff Marley is a hoot! , surrounded by fun locals at a most reasonable price too, this is definitely the place to be, out in the country. You know the ingredients are fresh!
