What Aida Santiago doesn't like about El Sombrero Mexican Grill:
Dine in was fine on both of my visits with friends but when ordering out, man that’s an issue! Whether it’s placing an order directly over the phone or UberEats, there’s always something wrong. Missing items, lesser quality food or inaccurate pick up times. I’ve given them a chance to redeem themselves but last order placed To Go was not good.
