Valerie's Taco Shop - Oceanside

Al pastor is not as good as Valerie's taco stand, but it taste good. Save your money and go to Valerie's taco stand. Tacos have a lot of meat though.

Surf and turf French fries were stellar and made perfect they even stayed open after hours until I arrived and had my order waiting for me would highly recommend!

My cousin and I were in town for a family emergency. we are here tho 5 out of the 7 days we were there. absolutely delicious! I had the chili relleno with a beef taco twice. fresh and tasty! wait was minimal. customer service was awesome! can't wait to come back!Parking: it's a strip mall. plenty of free parking. no pot holes!Dietary restrictions: my cousin asked for plain been and cheese burritos and they have get 2 massive burritos that were exactly how she wanted it.

It's a hole is the wall shop that was recommended to us when I asked the locals for the best Mexican food in the area. They have the best (and biggest) fish tacos I've ever seen! Portions were enormous and tasted great. Agua frescas were excellent too. It's hard to find a restaurant that can make everyone in a family of 6 happy but this restaurant did! We came back 3 more times during our vacation.

The food was AWESOME. I ate the large California Burrito and it was delicious. My wife had a fish taco and she raved about it the whole way home to Orange County. The rolled tacos were fantastic and my young daughter and one of my sons got the bacon wrapped hot dog, they wanted another one!Since we ordered the second hot dog about 5-10 minutes after the rest of the food they had ran out of hot dogs and we had to wait 10+ additional minutes because they went and bought more. We were ready to head out back home from the parade and took it with us and when we opened it there were 2! She gave us another one because of the long wait. THANK YOU!Not only was the food great but the prices were very reasonable in 2023 times with inflation (yes, I said it).it was about $35 to make all 5 of us full and happy.If we lived closer we would DEFINITELY come back!Thank you again!
