Ihop - Oceanside

I’ve done take out numerous time from here and every time there customer service SUCKS! Spoke to the manager and team leader on many different occasions and still their customer service sucks. If you don’t take your time to check your order prior to leaving you when you home something is always missing or messed up. Don’t waste your time or energy ordering from here go to another ihop. Staff is always incompetent to take orders and deliver quality services!! If you ask for simple strawberry syrup you get one small one for all the food you order. Such a shame that your spending all this money and seems like your begging or getting the food for free.

Should have known better than to go on Mother's day because of crowds. The food was still excellent.

If I could give this IHOP zero stars I would Services was horrible my waiter literally took my order sitting down. I’ve never heard plates hit a table so hard. If you don’t like your job don’t come.

Allowed my team and I to come in even though they closed soon and let us eat after a meet.

Our waiter Daniel was attentive and on point!! He was the only great thing I could say of this entire time at this location!! The food was horrible, undercooked ... and It was warm damn near cold like they had it made already, and it was served just as is not made to order....I was truly disappointed..... it was my birthday this day, and we have been to several different IHOP locations and never had an issue... please note as well I ordered herbal tea... and lemon, but this franchise didn't have lemons this day... total disaster ..... never will I patronize this one ever again!!!!!
