Great place for coffee refills! Wonderful pancakes and awesome pizza. Worth the visit. Super friendly staff with English menu. The staff are amazing SINGERS! No kidding. Had the opportunity for hear them sing Happy Birthday arcapela for a table.

Rokatei is an Obihiro original sweets maker! Delicious sweets made with care and local ingredients!
Was going to go to their restaurant for breakfast, but found out that the restaurant opening time is later then the shop, hence only able to buy take away from the shop.
Nice ambiance for tea, but frankly wasn't totally blown away by the food. Service staff however are very nice and friendly.
