Restaurant Jahnstuben

We wanted to visit the restaurant after the carnival parade in Oberursel. The place was occupied with only 2 tables. You looked into a book for about 5 minutes to finally assign a table to us. Our children pulled out their jackets from which confetti fell. With unambiguous views, the waitress gave us to understand that she didn't like it at all. We got the card that was obviously picked up by carnival. Since our children wanted to eat cevapcici and they didn't stand on the map, we thought what to eat instead. The not portable waitress came to the table and said: this is the carnival card, there is nothing else on it, and if we don't want it............... she didn't finish the sentence, but with her hand turned to the door......... after our speechlessness was laid, we came to the conclusion that we left the restaurant. But before, I went to the vaults and told the woman that this was not very friendly, she said, "I should look at the table that the children would have done.. On the table there were various things that the children had caught on the move) then we went directly, because that was enough. I told her that this is probably the worst commercial she can do for her pub. She replied: I should go to the Taunuszeitung..... I did not find any bad idea, but I doubt that the taunuszeitung is interested in such four-class restaurants!!!!!! The last word the woman was, we should bring a vacuum cleaner to clean up. This related to the confetti on the floor....the lady seemed to have forgotten that carnival was. You should have let her load better,

We were there with 4 people. Everyone ate something else. Everyone was happy. It is in Oberursel but only 2nd place of Croatian cuisine after the Old Forging (Vlado).

Very delicious Croatian cuisine always very satisfied with the dishes and very friendly staff also recommended to take away! The grill plate and as a desert are my personal highlights.

We were in Oberursel for a short time and were looking for a restaurant. When a couple died, we have two places for us in the short term. Once in the restaurant we got a shortened menu. The problem, my wife is vegetarian, and there was no vegetarian menu to choose. But the problem was solved very quickly and my wife got to choose two foods that were not on the menu. A great service. And we also had an older gray-haired operation, but it was inexpensive and extremely polite.. The food was very delicious... I can only recommend the Jahnenstube.

We were back for dinner with 5 people in the Jahnstuben near Slavko. As always, Slavko kindly greeted us with his dry (English humor) that likes or harms no one, but we know the Slavko and his wife for a long time the OK! The helper is a little necessary for reconciliation, but who wants to do such a job today!? We 5 have eaten something else, the food came all (our full-occupied locals at once and in the right order!! On the food was as always nothing to mecker it was very delicious and the portions were plentiful!! The next appointment at this point is already agreed We will return there with 11 people:
