If you want good honest food then this is the place! Great friendly staff, I had the steak pie with mash veg hubby got the gammon fries. Desserts were great too. Couldn't fault it. If we lived in the area this would definitely be our local.

Not many healthy choices so I had to order two appetizers which were not bad. Loved the oatcakes with smoked salmon and salad. The mushrooms with cheese were a bit too salty. Great customer service. The ladies toilet door is a sliding door and barely works, it was so hard to close and open that door. Very nice inside decor.

Popped into this wee place as recommended by our hostess and it’s was top notch welcomed by the lovely staff got to say that because she 6’2 ha ha just joking we got treated well and spoiled for choice. The food was all home made and excellent portions starter was spicy chicken wings then struggled with main course chicken haggis mash stack with peppercorns sauce was Amazing then had to top it off with Arran ice cream my colleague had the special fish cake , steak pie finished of with fudge cake n ice cream food was superb as was service and good banter

Food was excellent good sized portions, very well priced. Staff were very welcoming and friendly. I had a table with a nice view over the fields. I will definitely be back again.
