What User doesn't like about Zaxby's:
I have been going to this Zaxby's for years. The last few times I was here, the food wasn't as good. I noticed that the workers were goofing off a lot behind the counter. I'm all for having a good time at work, but not at the expense of getting my order wrong. The chicken was overcooked and dry, the salad was good but the portion was small, and the fries were done well. I hate to leave negative reviews, but I have ha... View all feedback. There are only a few restaurants that our whole family enjoys, and Zaxby's is one of them. We always order the family meal with chicken and large toast. My only issue is that they don't give enough fries compared to the amount of chicken, so I always order extra. We love this place and eat there at least two or three times a month. View all feedback.
