My past two visits were at approximately 11am and 1pm. I'm not exaggerating when I say both visits were the best Taco Bell I have ever had. The food was extraordinarily fresh and hot! The quesadilla had perfectly melted cheese. Thank you to all the staff in Oakwood for this spectacular drive thru lunch! View all feedback.
What Valorie Braselton doesn't like about Taco Bell:
What is online to order is different than what's on their menu. The cravings box shows 3 items to add and a drink for $6.49. When you order in store is different and you can't modify. Was told to order online after sitting in line forever. Went to this location for the first time in a while and remember why I stopped going. All of my tacos were bad. Had a very bad taste to them like the corn in them have gone bad. Won't be going back to this Taco Bell anytime soon for the second time. They really need to make big changes to this location.
I have been here 3 times in three weeks. The first time was on Saturday night. After much waiting I was informed that they were OUT of beef! No sign closing the drive through, informing the public, just letting everyone drive up to get the news. Two weekslater, on a Friday, I was informed of another beef shortage, in which a 30 minute to 1 hour delay would be instilled until anemployee arrived with more product from another location! The third time was last Friday, when I was informed that their systemwas down! That excuse for me, was the only one I thought semi-exusable. The others an utter failure in management and policy. What are the odds that in 3 weeks this would happen to one person? Pretty darn good with this kind corporate structure andtraining. Can you imagine McDonald's being out of beef, not once, but twice in two weeks on the busiest days? How do you not seeyour stocks running low? How is this inventory not computerized with fail safes? Not to mention walk in dining is unavailable. Why the let the drive through back up? Why let everyone sit there til so exasperated they drive off. A sign at the start of thedrive through Should have been posted on all 3 occasions, not sticking some sheepish high school kid at the orderboard, announcing the managements sheer abundance of stupidity and lack training, after a 20 minute wait! Inexcusable! Neveragain, I promise you, will I darken this doorstep!
We ordered our food at the drive threw window at 10:20 pm. When we got to the window to pay you could here a party going on inside. A bunch of teens screaming. Since the dining room was closed we had to drive around, park and wait for our food. We gotour food at 11:00. We waited 40 minutes with about 10 other cars outside. That was ridiculous!! If you can?t run a business, don?t have one!!
The food is good, but the employee attitudes and wait time makes it a horrible experience. I ordered nachos and cheese and a burrito for my lunch break and took 20 minutes for it to be done. There was no line in the drive through, but then they had mepark for those 20 minutes. It's very deceiving when you think you'll be in and out for a quick lunch break only to have to waitthat long. I've worked in fast food before, and 20+ minutes is way too long for a customer to wait. We tried to keep thingsunder 4. It's fast food for a reason.
