McDonald's - Oakville

I went into the restaurant and did not use the drive-thru. The staff was very efficient and the food was as good as McDonalds can be. The place is kept very clean, including the restrooms.

Avoid this McDonald's drive thru at all costs if you can. I thought the one on Cross Ave. was bad... I stand corrected!

I brought my family for dinner the other night and we had the friendliest little blond manager serve us. She and the girl on drive through worked so hard going back and forth between the counter area and the drive through. The store looked so clean and organized. I was so impressed that the manager took the time to interact with my kids and she made a point of telling me that she dropped fresh fries for me and even helped carry out my tray because I had a stroller. Nice to see that good customer service still exist. Food was hot and fresh. The 2 boys in the kitchen looked very efficient. We will for sure come back.

This is the most inefficient McDonalds I have ever been to. The Manager Mike was chirping out orders to all his little minions. Mike -- the level of stress you operate at -- you're going to give yourself a heart attack. Deep breaths. Bottom of the pot coffee too. I probably will not return next time I have a craving.

Hi everyone. A great lunch at this McDonald's today - great food, hot fries & burger, ice cold Coke and delicious caramel sundae. Yum! Also, excellent service - fast, friendly & helpful cashier!
